HP AFK reward rebalancing

We have applied a new update to improve game balance: AFK HP Farm Update Only characters Level 200 can now earn Hero Points while AFK farming. This is to prevent low-level abuse and keep the system fair. Keep training, reach Level 200, and unlock the real rewards of being a hero!
