Unauthorized Charges

Server Downtime or Bugs

Downtime or bugs do not qualify for automatic refunds but may be compensated via in-game rewards at our discretion.

Account Bans or Suspensions

Purchases made on accounts that are later suspended or banned due to policy violations will not be refunded.
